Data Privacy
The Client shall (and shall procure that the members of the Client Group shall) at all times comply with all applicable laws. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Client shall comply with all laws relating to the handling and use of personal data of the Candidates, including the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486 of the Laws of Hong Kong) and the General Data Protection Regulations of the European Union.

Without prejudice to the generality, the Client shall (and shall procure that the members of the Client Group shall) in its/their selection and treatment of all Candidates to whom it/they has/have been introduced comply with:

(a) the Employment Ordinance (Cap. 57 of the Laws of Hong Kong);
(b) the Sex Discrimination Ordinance (Cap.480 of the Laws of Hong Kong);
(c) the Race Discrimination Ordinance (Cap. 602 of the Laws of Hong Kong);
(d) the Family Status Discrimination Ordinance (Cap. 527 of the Laws of Hong Kong);
(e) the Disability Discrimination Ordinance (Cap. 487 of the Laws of Hong Kong); and
(f) any other applicable laws and regulations.

The Client shall not and shall not seek to cause the Employment Agency to act unlawfully in relation to the provision of the Services and shall disclose any and all information requested by the Employment Agency in the event that a Candidate makes a complaint to the Employment Agency.
